Shipment

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, based on the weight of the selected items and the country to which they are shipped.

The order will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase, though if you have any special requirements please let us know. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order has been shipped. If you have selected registered shipping, it will include your tracking code.

As a general guide, you should expect to receive your order within the following timeframes after shipment has been made:

Spain: 2-4 days
Europe: 4-8 days
Rest of the World: 6-14 days

Please note that delivery times abroad may vary considerably depending on the customs policies of your country.

If your order has not arrived within this time or you have any other queries, please contact with hola@trampolin.design and we will advise you accordingly.

Return and cancellation

Under EU law, you have the right to return and get a refund on any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Refund will be by the same method as the original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase and in the same condition as purchased, once received by us. The refund typically takes 2-6 business days to reach the customer, but can take up to 30 days depending on location and card company. Please be patient and if you have any questions or problems, you can contact your credit or debit card company.

Returns must be paid by the customer.
